1. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information:

  • Account information: Email address and authentication data when you create an account
  • Content: Video and audio files you upload for processing
  • Usage data: Processing usage, plan information, and feature usage
  • Payment data: Billing information processed securely through Stripe (we do not store card numbers)

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide the clip farming service (transcription, analysis, rendering)
  • Process payments and manage subscriptions
  • Send transactional emails (processing complete, account updates)
  • Improve the Service and fix issues

3. AI Processing

When AI features are enabled (Pro plan), your transcript text is sent to OpenAI for viral moment detection and clip analysis. We do not send your actual audio or video files to third-party AI providers. OpenAI processes this data according to their API data usage policy and does not use it for training.

4. Data Storage

Your uploaded files and rendered clips are stored on Cloudflare R2 (S3-compatible object storage). Account data is stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted on Supabase. All data is encrypted in transit using TLS.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

  • Stripe: For payment processing
  • Supabase: For authentication and database hosting
  • Cloudflare: For file storage
  • OpenAI: For AI-powered analysis (transcript text only, Pro plan)

6. Data Retention

Your uploaded files and clips are retained as long as your account is active. When you delete a project, its files are removed. When you delete your account, all data is permanently deleted.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access your personal data
  • Delete your account and all associated data
  • Export your clips before deletion
  • Opt out of non-essential communications

8. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, secure authentication via Supabase, presigned URLs for file access, and input sanitization to protect against common vulnerabilities.
