By accessing or using GoViral ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

GoViral is an AI-powered clip farming platform that processes long-form video and audio content to identify and render viral clip candidates. The Service includes automated transcription, audio/visual analysis, AI-powered viral moment detection, and clip rendering with captions.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Content Ownership

You retain all ownership rights to the content you upload. By uploading content, you grant GoViral a limited license to process, analyze, and store your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload content you do not have rights to
• Use the Service for illegal purposes
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the Service
• Upload content that contains malware or harmful code
• Exceed your plan's usage limits through automated means

6. Plans and Billing

GoViral offers Free and Pro subscription plans. Pro subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time, and your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial months.

7. Data Storage and Deletion

Uploaded files and processed clips are stored securely. You may delete your account at any time, which will permanently remove all your data including projects, clips, and account information.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. GoViral shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
